Vancouver, B.C., June 26, 2020. FALCON GOLD CORP. (FG:TSX-V), (3FA:GR); (“Falcon” or “the Company“) will proceed with a private placement financing for up to $400,000 at a price of $0.08 per common unit.  Each unit will consist of one common share and one purchase warrant at an exercise price of $0.12 for a term of 36 months following the acceptance date. Proceeds will be used for further exploration activities on its Central Canada Gold project and general working capital.

Closing will be subject to TSX Exchange approval, and any shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period under TSX Venture policy.
